woww PSquared what you are saying has really helped me clarify some things. I totally understand he needs space to study etc I've been through it myself and i'm not expecting him to chat to me all the time. It shouldn't always be me bringin up marriage but the least he could do is not shatter all my excitement by saying its unnecessary pressure and thats what gets me more frustrated. Then I tend to start thinking allsorts and get negative about the whole thing. What you've said about dependency is soo true, I became used to the attention/time everything he gave me and now that were getting more serious and should be closer its not there im struggling to cope and become my own person again. Thanks for your advice again!
