hey im going to make a fruit salad…

which fruit is a yes and which 1 is a no no whilst tryin to lose weight

Eat fruits with high water content.

Grapefruit, honeydew melon, watermelon, pineapples, peaches, strawberries, passionfruit, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, apples etc.

Find out which fruits have higher sugar count in them and eat less of those! I think fruits like mangoes, grapes, pears etc.

i lost weight, and i used to have 1 kiwi, 1 orange, 1 apple handful grapes and handful strawberries all juiced....or eaten..as a lunch.....gorgeouss
