i had some yogurt, and it got frozen. i took it out after weeks and let it thaw, hoping to make sometihng out of it, but as it’s thawing, it’s looking like phatta hua doodh. so i dunno…is the yogurt still eatable or should i throw it out?

if it does not look right - then throw it out.
Why take a chance?
throw it away ! if its home-made yogurt then u can still use that but if its ready made then throw!

i threw it out. all thawed out it just looked weird. milk had coagulated and the water was just floating on top =/
