Anyone know which frozen parathas to buy if I’m looking for lachay Dar kind. Restaurants are charging too much :frowning: … And it is for a big dawat ..

I once tried Dawn brand.They were good as frozen parathas.

Automne, I saw a few in the indian desi shops , I am not sure of the brands , but we tried a few , the one’s that have “lachaydaar parathaty” clearly written on the box are the ones you need. you heat them and slightly fluff them up with your hands and they are good to go ..

I think shaan wholemeal lachha paratha are ok. Prefer them to other frozen parathas.
