Suppose a person dies and provided that he or she was pious and is probably forgiven by Allah swt, as some people saw the deceased person in their dreams in very good condition and happy.
What I wanted to ask is could that person by the grace of Allah, would know what his loved ones are going through in this world or if anyone has done anything against him/her when they were alive. Like backbiting, black magic or anything to harm that deceased person. The things that falls under sin catagory.

Yes, as the soul of a person is more powerful by being in the presence of Allah - they have the ability to watch over you and look after the loved ones that they left behind. They can send you messages from Allah through dreams, however we find that we sometimes have problems in understanding the meaning of the dreams. The fact that you saw deceased as being happy in the dream signifies that they are happy with you and that they are happy where they are. It is like an assurance to you that they have reached janat safely.
Since my grandmothers have both passed, I feel very protected in this journey of life and they make things happen that they know will make my life easier. I find that if i am faced with a problem, I pray to Allah and ask for guidance from my Angels. Your loved ones also participate in guiding you, however they will never take away the duties of those angels that are assigned by Allah to help you in this life. Just feel assured that they are there watching you.
Negetive aspects of earth life NEVER pass through to the other life. These are all earthly condiments. After passing over, there is no greed, no jealousy no black magic. Nothing but pure love and any bad deeds that occured/that are occuring on this earth are limited to this earth. Negetivity that we experience on this earth is there soley for the purpose of learning from that grief and gaining a strong will to overcome this grief. The strength that we learn from it is the only thing that we take away from it and that skill of strength is what is most important. This is what we have to show after life - what did we learn on this life here through suffering for Allah? It doesnt matter how we learnt it, its what we learnt it. We came to life expecting a tough journey and we go back having accomplished the goals that we learnt here, with the grace of Allah.

Thanks for the reply. So you are saying that this person will not be told of his/her hidden enemies that harmed him/her wihtout their knowledge? If not in barzakh, it will definetely be unveiled on the day of judgement, inshallah.
