Supporting President Musharaf, Zardari, Sharif’s, Bush, Clinton, Obama, Barak, Olmert, Singh, or any other political political figure is not an issue. People can reject them at the polls, or in the case of President Musharaf, political parties can use their votes in Parliament to oust him.
What should not be tolerated is inciting hatred and violence by members on GS. Which, it appears, is being encouraged on GS. I hope it is not a GS policy.

Don't mix apples with oranges, President Musharraf is not an "elected" president, so don't mix him with other legitimate leaders like Bush, Clinton etc.

This is your second blind allegation, can you prove where GS is "encouraging" hatred and violence? If you fail to prove, I will give you good size of warning. Thanks.

Captain1 bhaijan. Don’t act so naïve. You know exactly what I am talking about, as you have been active in threads that have not only incited hatred, but violence.
Moderators are supposed to be impartial and not cloud their judgment based on their personal biases. I recommend that you use another non-moderator nick to post if you want to appear non-biased like other moderators.
It appears that GS is following a personal agenda, where moderator’s bias against the current leader of Pakistan is encouraging negative things about Pakistan to be posted, and any positive news about Pakistan is being ridiculed because it is happening under the leadership of President Musharaf – a leader that is not to the liking of some of the GS’s moderators.
With this in mind, do you honestly believe your threats of giving me warning point’s or banning me affects me at all? Please carry on if it makes you feel better and allows you to encourage only posts that push your agenda or agenda of others in your position, which is to ridicule Pakistan at every opportunity just because the person that is leading the country is not to your liking and allowing posters to post threads or replies that encourage hatred or violence.
Whether people accept it or not, Pakistan has progressed more in the past eight years than any other era in its history. Sure nothing is perfect, and the way Pakistan establishment works it will never be perfect until the political parties themselves change. However, only encouraging negative news about Pakistan on a forum because it suits some of the moderators views is not a good way to encourage debate or change.

GS follows a policy of neutrality and just because some of the news posted here is not to your liking ot call moderators biased is ridiculous. The proof of our neutrality is that both sides have accused of bias. The reason is that people here are so rigid and biased in their views that they are not prepared to entertain anyother view. Can you please point out threads where we have encouraged anti Pakistan sentiment. I hope you will be able to differentiate between anti musharraf and anti Pakistan posts. it is very easy to be arm chair critic but very difficult to run a forum where you allow all views regardless of your own. Would you be able to do that? While the mods are neutral I think you know very well, and for some reason you chose to ignore the views that mods like Haris and Mad Scientist hold. are you accusing them of being against the president. if so, please prove it by giving link to their posts
I am sorry but we cannot restrict those who do not agree with your view, all views are welcome so long as they do not attack our nation or praise suicide bombers. We previously announced and banned people for calling for death on national leaders. All I will say to posters here is that you are welcome with your views so long as they do not contravene our posting rules and do not call for the destruction of our nation.
^ Ehsan bhai. Thank you for the response which does not address my concern. It is not about being pro-Musharaf or anti-Musharaf. It is a lot deeper than that.
As you know, the matter is being discussed elsewhere. If anyone feels the need to ban me then so be it.
^I don't wish to derail this thread but you are more than welcome to list your concerns with links if possible to anyone of the admins and we can take it from there.
