Dr.Safdar Mahmood is renowned historian,think tank and intellectual of Pakistan and author of several famous books on Pakistan political history .A graduate of Government College Lahore…Safdar Mahmood holds a PhD from Punjab University in Political Science and a Diploma in Personnel Management from Oxford University. As member of the Central Superior Services of the Government of Pakistan, he has held leading positions in the provincial and federal governments, including Federal Secretary for Ministry of Education (Grade 22), and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and Federal Secretary for Ministry of Religious Affairs.
