This is very exciting, both the OP and the other members' initiatives. I'm just starting out in my career, but 8-10 years down the line, I too want to move back to Pakistan to start a business. As the middle class grows, there will be tremendous opportunity, not to mention the benefit of giving back to Pakistan.
