How much do you let friendships interfere in your work time? How much time from work do you saccrifice and put aside to make time for your friendships?

What’s more important?

Talking about friendships here, not family, so question is better suited towards singles.

I’ve never had to deal with that type of conflict. The only time I can think of where they might overlap is if I’ll inquire about a job opening for a friend or if I’ll check with a friend to see if they’re interested in an available position.
