I’ve a small group of close friends. Our relationships are based on mutual respect, trust, and communication. We may not agree with each other all the time, but we can agree to disagree respectfully and can depend on each other.

What do I think about friendships? They’re essential to our overall well-being and development. It’s good to have a network of people (small or big) outside your family that you can connect with.

My friends are important to me. They are not the sole and only priority in my life…but they’ve helped in their unique ways to shape who I am today:)

Anyhow, I agree with you.. but how about this for a situation.. lets say you see your friends all the time in college.. on top of that, they keep making plans on the weekend to spend time with each other and you just feel it’s too much & unnecessary, so you make excuses not to spend time with them outside college. Does that make you a bad friend? I mean, there are no problems or anything within the friendship.. but we’re talking about the same group of people, always, all the time. It just gets a bit tedious and you just need some space. PLUS, you have WAY more things to be getting on with! (Also note, the rest of the group are more than happy to meet up 24/7.. so you feel like you are just the odd one out)..
