have you ever been in situation, where the girlfriend who u dont love, loves you off but u dont feel nothing for her. I mean not in that sense. You care about her and all, but nothing more then that. how many felt that ? or been in situation like dat? How do u get out of it?

I haven't been in that situation...but I do know girls have very vulnerable hearts. Once a guy says anything nice or becomes close friends...the friendship is taken a step further. I suggest you tell her that you are only her friend and nothing more. And you don't see her in that way. Its best to tell the truth rather than lead the poor girl in the wrong direction. Good Luck!

Yes I have...I just told him straight off that he's a pal and nothing more...in the end he thought I was just plain mean and stopped talking to me.

well i have been in the same situation for almost 2 and a half yrs well the only difference was that i am the lover and she is the friend :)

Try to hook her up with your friends - she'll eventually get the message. Also tell her how much you look forward to having kids - so that you can take them to visit Aunty X on vacations (X being your friend).
I had that said to me once - bursted my bubble automatically and I was able to move on with my life.

Wow, I have the same exact situation, and what makes it worse is that the guy is younger than me by a year so it makes me feel bad that i have to hurt him. But i dont talk to him now, i dont reply to his mails, i changed my phone number coz he found it out somehow, and just stopped being in contact with him. Ok you wanna hear teh worse part, hes my best friend's brother. She stopped talking to me ever since she found out, I have no idea why. But I dont care, i told him a million times to his face, was rude to him, was obnoxious, but it didn't help. So tell her before she really gets deep into it. Because they keep on having that little light of hope until u tell them. Plus I'm engaged toh I had to take the step and be mean to him, and he still tries to talk to me even though he knows my future husband....guys can be crazy at times. :)
