Who remembers this fad? They were quite in. Neon coloured strings you wore around your wrist and randomly gave out to your friends and stuff. Literally everyone i was around had em. This is like late 80s early 90s.

hehehe :) yup i remember them! i must have some still lying with me. we used to make them for each other in school and give them to our close friends...its still a fad among the kiddiez. sigh. good ol days of innocence.

yeah it was early 90’s when we used to exchange those friendship bands with each other…woh khubsurat yadein !! 
Oh I remember them. Actually my friends and I used to make them and sell them.
OMG I remember them like yesterday! I used to make my mom take me to the crafts store to buy the threads to make these friendship bracelets for friends.

They seem to have had a "second coming" when I was little, I refused to wear them becasue they looked precisely like what they were: rubbish.
