Friends wedding in islamabad

Hi folks

I am planning on going to pakistan at the end of march, 1 day before a friend’s wedding. As I wont have time to do the homework, could I please have suggestions of where to get a decent jora for the three events and where to have good party makeup-not too bright as I wear the hijab. If you have a price range or general idea of prices it will be most helpful.
