Fraiser all the way, it just seems to have a more sophisticated style of humour attached to it.
Friends. Its stupid humor...and i need it after hitting the books all day.

Well! notthing beats Seinfeld. But Friend and Frasier are good! They both have different Genres so I think its not air to compare them. But nothing beats the whopping 1.6 million dollars an episode Kelsey Gramar is going to be getting for the next season of the show!
By the way I dont miss either of them. Both are toooooo good and relaxing but frasier is something you can enjoy any time!!

AliBeta's right, them having their own audiences won't be fair to call a comparison of "what's better?". I'd rather question it, "which one would you watch?".
Frasier's dialogue is brilliant, and it helps they have talented actors to deliver it. Friends is a more relaxing watch and was very good at one point of time but doesn't seem to have that spark anymore.
If I have time I'd prefer Frasier, otherwise I'd watch Friends if hadta get up n go, missing the end in that show wouldn't be a big deal compared to Frasier.

Frasier definitely wins hands down.
And Ali....how can you even compare Seinfeld to Frasier?? I mean seriously....one is intellectually stimulating while the other.....well.....I suppose Jerry and George could probably stimulate some folks.....
Muzna aap kuch bhi kaho lekin I am sEinfeld fanatic. They say you know you are watching to much Seinfeld when you relate daily life to Seinfeld. And thats me. Frasier I am sure is the next best thing to Seinfeld and I am sure is stimulating lekin Seinfeld proved what it was. It was a show about nothing and New Yorkers. I just loved there attitudes towards life. Every single episode was different meanwhile with Frasier its usually that Dr. Crane is trying to hook up with some girl and something goes wrong. But still I am a big Frasier fan and I love Eddie!
