hi ladies…
i’m still in the middle of planning my wedding!!..i’ve recently been told about the above caterers…they are from coventry and apprantly been round for a while now.
has anyone here ever used them in a function or perhaps tried their roti at a wedding?..just wondering if anyone had anyfeedback for me becuase i’ve not been able to schedule a tasting till late feb and want the food sorted asap!
thanking you all in advance.

Hi, we have recently used them for my brothers mehndi function and the food was absolutely gorgeous. They were very professional and people are still raving about the khaana. My mum was constantlty on the phone to them, reminding them to to a good job etc etc. i think they were probably sick of her by the end of it but masallah everything was fantastic. Make sure you go for a tasting beforehand.
let us know how u got on.

HI, i live in good ole brum!
hi both :)
thank you for your comments, i dont think i've ever tried their cooking so was a bit unsure :|
but it def helps that others have good things to say about them.....after all the roti is one of the most important things about the wedding!! lol
brummie: wot dishes did you have at your brothers do?
xx
Hi For the starters we had Pakoras and samosas & Chicken pieces (It wsnt quite like usual orange coloured tikka stuff u get at weddings, very very different it was absolutely gorgeous, i'll ask my mum exactly what it was called), Lamb curry ( dont go for the mutton), Chaana curry, Nan, Biryaani, salad, 3 different chutneys, Kulfi and gajar ka halwa. I'm really fussy about my food but honestly iit was lovely.
For our Valima function we had Nawaabs from Manchester do the catering and there food was amazing to0. MA we were very very lucky with our food. You're absolutely right, people are only worried about the food and god forbid if it goes wrong, our community never ever forgets!
My mum was constantly nagging and harrassing them at every opportunity about making sure the food was top notch etc and we did wonder why she kept phonong them up but her answer was "ehsa kurnaa purthaa hain, tumhein naheen puthaa!!!!", Girl that shut me up!!!!!
u must go for a tasting though and see what u think. let us know how u get on, best of luck.
its a shame we havent got taste vision but here a quick photo

yummy yummy
