a good friend* listens and talks*.
a not-good friend does not listen and only talks when there is a need at that person’s end. agree or disagree?

should that person be considered a friend?

I don't mind if someone wants to talk to me but doesn't wanna listen to my blabbering. Doesn't bother me, cause I'm usually not listening either =)

LOL Aishaa! But thats mean i think.

A good friend should be able to not only talk to their friend but also share their problems and hear them out. They might not be good with solving problems but any1 and every1 can give a listening ear to their friend. And A good friend is someone who is there for you even before you discuss your problem with them and they just understand your situation even with your silences.

lol u said it yourself they are a friend but a not so great one. it's your job to clue the other persn into your needs to keep a friendship going and hope they can become a better friend to you.
