Friends and age difference

Okey this is not about boyfriend or girlfriend thread. I am talking about the ones who are close to you and you can just be yourself without pretending to act cool or whatever. I know we all like to meet and make friends of our age because of the usual similar interestes and things to do but we all have one or more mates that are either bit older or younger then us. So i want to know your opinion on where do you draw the line with age difference. Are you okey with having friends not your age? Personally, I have always been normal/casual with having friends four or five years older then me but I just dont feel the same with younger ones. I feel like i m their big brother or something :smiley: . I want both girls and guys opinion on this.

I get along well with anyone over 21. I think most men mature up at that age. The older the better I get along. I have had friends 15 to 20 years older than me and it's quite kool.

yeah, irem we know u get close with older people. That poor old pedestrian is still recovering from the shock of getting hit by your 30 to 40 mph auto riksha.

hmm ive got a really good friend whose about 9 yaers younger than me. In the beginning I played more of an older sister or a baby sitter kinda role with her, but as shes grown up, we've become really close friends..

Age is just a number.. maturity, trust and understanding is what counts... oh and interests as well

u know what, sometimes the younger a person is.. the more innocent and logical their solution is to a problem u've been stressing over for days..

sure, sometimes their answers are quite immature, but they think differently, more simply (sometimes) and i guess its ok to discuss ur problems, or concerns with them.. just to understand ur problem from a younger and more innocent mind.. thats how i see it... u can still be their baji though
