My friend is getting married next month…I really don’t know what to wear.
I’ve decided on mehndi ubtaan dholki etc but on the wedding day I am not sure what to pick..
Are fishtail lengha still in? What about a real fancy patyla shalwar kamez?
Can black be worn on a shaadi function?
Any ideas wud be helpful…thanx!!

Depends what look you wanna go for
wear an elegant sari, in a plain colour and light kaam on the border...any lovely royal rich colour can look so classy - Deep purple/Wine/Burgundy/ Turquoise/Royal Blue/Plum with bronze or rusty simple kaam. Team it up with some hot heels, classy bronze kundan jewellery and leave your hair loose, or have waves/loose curls - smokey eye make up and wear simple kangan in your wrists, dont over do it....this is an elegant and classy look.

You can were a fishtail lengha but I am not so sure about the patiala shalwar kamez. Longer shirts with trousers are very much in, though and look really elegant. Yup, you can wear black if you want. What about a lehnga sari?
