One of the recipes I’m interested in making requires this ingredient. What is it, and where can I find it? Anyone know which brands I should search for in my local grocery store to find it??

fresh cream is whipping cream(NOT whipped cream) available at all supermarkets....popular brands are Dean's and Kemps where I live.
