Last…weekend

I got very fresh bread

but the very next day, the freshness went away :frowning:

This year, to save me from tears

I’ll save it for something special, special.

yeah so…how do I keep bakery bread fresh? i treid some tips online, and…they dinnit work.

We mostly freeze it and then use it bit by bit ..

Cant think of anything else that can keep it fresh for longer, freshly baked products do go stale quicker .. Try keeping it in an airtight bread container for a day or two , but beyond that , you gotta freeze it :hmmm:

Once the freshness has gone, wet it slightly and pop it in the oven for a few mins to freshen up again

Yes freeze it and just slice off as you need and pop in the toaster.
