In private remarks overheard by journalists who deliberately tried to eavesdrop on their conversation, Sarkozy told Obama that Netanyahu is a liar and that he’s sick of him, and Obama seemed to lament that he has to deal with Netanyahu each day
The French president, Nicolas Sarkozy, described the Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, as a “liar” in a private exchange with Barack Obama at last week’s G20 summit in Cannes that was inadvertently broadcast to journalists.
“I cannot stand him. He’s a liar,” Sarkozy told Obama. The US president responded by saying: “You’re fed up with him? I have to deal with him every day.”
Neither leader apparently realised that microphones that had been attached for a press conference had already been switched on, allowing journalists waiting for a press conference to hear the conversation.
The exchange was first reported on the French website Arrêt Sur Images, and was later confirmed by a Reuters reporter who also heard the remarks.
The gaffe came before a press conference while the two presidents were in a private room.
Arrêt Sur Images reported that while the two presidents were in private discussions in a closed room before their press conference, Élysée staff handed out translation sets to waiting journalists.
A staff member reportedly explained that the headphones to go with the translation sets were not yet being handed out because this would have allowed journalists to listen in on the private conversation still going on. Half a dozen journalists immediately plugged in their own headphones and caught three minutes of the private exchange.

LOL , this exchange does not solve anything , achieves nothing.
Both of those leaders are helpless when it comes to helping Israel and Palestinian resolve their issues. In the end it is Israelis and Palestinians who need to come to a compromise to have peace in that region.
Can Sarkozy or Obama twist Netanyahu or Abbas arm to force a peace deal . The honest answer is no.

back to topic Obama and sarkozhy say netanyahu liar but they still work with him and treat him like royalty. This shows there actions do not match their words so these comments have little value in reality or in helping the palestinan people who suffered the most.

Israel is India's number one millitary machinery supplier and a country which is ally in truest sense, It delivers the required weaponry on the shortest notice. But India is Palestinian bid for UN membership since 1988:). And Americans are not funding us, they are funding pakistan' economy and mllitary. secondly, problem with Pakistan is "saare jahan ka dard pakistaniyon ke dil me hai". What caught my attention in this episode was Obama saying that he has to deal with Netanyahu every day.
Does it mean that Israel's influence is THIS much on American president?! That the president has to worry about Israel/Netanyahu DAILY?!

If it is a fashion then it is a fashion even in the US itself. See how many Americans say, for example, that America was engaged in Iraq war only for Israel's behalf.
