French Manicure/American Manicure

This is usually the only type of polish that I get…mainly because it goes well with the “clean” look that I want for work.

Does anyone have suggestions for other variations of a “clean and polished” look without adding colour?

Re: French Manicure/American Manicure

I know some people who just use one coat of clear nail varnish to make their nails look shiny and groomed, but i don't wear nail varnish much, so i buff them to give them that healthy shine. :)

Re: French Manicure/American Manicure

yup, i buff mines too and just wear color on special occasions... but clear ones looks good too, ive seen ppl wearing the french manicure base only, without the tip. and it looks very neat.

Just polish/buff your nails and then put on a clear varnish to give it that shiny clean look! Also make sure hands are moisturised :)

Re: French Manicure/American Manicure

pale, skin tone colors, or light pink ones

Muzna:
I know you wrote not color but as Sara mentioned above, I think you should look into pale polish colors that’re close to your skin tone. If you go through the link below ( and the different pages on the link), you’ll find TONS of neutral colors that will look “clean and polished” and are well suited for work. You just need to find one that compliments your skin tone.

I will give it a try this weekend.
