No, don’t cook the pastry sheets. It will make them dry and brittle and hard to work with. Khattichic is right, 30 mins in the freezer should do the trick…plus, they kind of become dry on the outside if you leave them uncovered in the freezer (when they’re dryish they won’t stick together when you put them in a bag later), so you don’t have to keep them in there as long.
