I always make fresh potato cutlets when ever there’s lunch/dinner etc..
but since its a bit time taking, was wondering if we can freeze them.
Just wanted to know is it ok to freeze when completely covered in bread crumbs.
Do u guys freeze potato cutlets like shami kebab etc…

yeah. do it. i froze mine with bread crumbs. just don't pile things on top of them, since tehy tend to be a bit more squishable than shaami kebabs and keemay walay kebab. keep them in their own corner of the freezer on top.

yes you can freeze them. the taste will be fine too.
