Re: Freezing Parathas
i make life simple ... buy frozen parathas use them when you need too *grin
Re: Freezing Parathas
make parata, let cool, pack 5-10 into ziplock freezer bag, Freeze paratas, cook in a toaster oven, taste, look smell fresh. no need for extra butter.
Re: Freezing Parathas
I never froze home-made paratha, but I think this should work
Make a paratha roti, put it on tawa, let it cook from both sides dont apply oil..
then place a sheet of butter paper betweem them. Freeze..
and whenever you need paratha, then apply oil on outside
I think this should work
Re: Freezing Parathas
Make parathas, freez 'em in a foil or ziplock bag etc......whenever you need it take it out and microwave it.....will be as fresh as ever.. enjoy.........
Good luck!!

Re: Freezing Parathas
my mom freezes home made parathas all the time, if you cool them properly...you don't need to put the paper roll. Also she uses butter/oil when frying...
