I use this recipe:

We go meatless; often use frozen hash brows instead of potatoes. Feel free to add whatever seasonings you prefer , adjust here and there. It is a very versatile recipe and can be scaled accordingly.
When freezing, I slightly warm up a tortilla, fill, and roll up. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and foil, and freeze. Not had a problem with these at all. My children unwrap the foil, and put it in the microwave with the cling wrap on.

Thanks so much, burrito recipe looks so yummy, will give it a try on a weekend…really needed something for the morning hours just ‘grab n go’
