1-keep stocks for soups
2-you can freeze dough in individual portions to thaw and make what you need
3-can make burritos and freeze
4-have qeema ready for quick qeema/veggies, add to pasta sauce or qeema chawal, or make Sheppard’s pie.

do u mean regular dough for roti or the dough for naan/pizza? and after defreezing the dough doesnt it become too runny?
