Freezing desi wheat roti..

Hi ladies,…
my father in law eats desi wheat fried roti in Sehri .. N now since I’ve 2month old.Baby so I was just wondering that if we can freeze desi wheat roti to save time?..
other than that other ideas for freezing stuff before hand are also appreciated

I have frozen roti's before. What I do it just bhelna them, I don't put them on the tava, and just stack them up with wax paper in between each roti and freeze them.
When u want to make a roti just take it out let it thaw a bit and put it on the tava. I don't know how freezing a bani banayi roti will work...
