Last night I had an iftar party, and there was a lot of dessert leftover. I made rasmalai and a 9x13 pan of tres leches. The rasmalai my husband will finish in a couple days no problem, but he doesnt like cake too much. Most of the cake is left over. I dont want to waste it by leaving it in the fridge and it going bad before we can finish it, and I dont want to throw it away. Has anyone frozen a tres leches cake before? Will it be ok when I thaw it? My sils are coming in about a week, and they love this cake, so I thought I can take it out for them.

i’m sure you can freeze it if its in an airtight container.
