Freedom?

Countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as places like Hong Kong and Macau don't really have the 'freedoms' that the western world so cherishes. But the people there seem to be pretty satisfied, as the restrictions they have on their freedoms has allowed them economic and political stability. Or thats what we are led to believe?

We are all gonna die someday eh ? Why not die young for a worthy cause such as freedom instead of dying old and senile.

I`d take the former over the later anyday..........i think.

Is life worth living for?

my answer, "Absolutely."

Think about it.

And then ponder the suicide bombers.

to me..they decided life wasn't worth living... and they forgot to thank God for the LIFE that they were given.

Perhaps they need/needed revenge. Perhaps they feel oppressed. Perhaps they are opressed. But..by taking innocent life they broke one of Gods most holy commandments.

So in my thinking, they became cowards, rather than heros.

And in my thinking..they disgraced themselves before God.

What does love they neighbor as thyself really mean? My thinking is that it means love and respect and care for your own self, AND equally care for your neighbors.

Maybe a better question is ... Would life be worth living, without it?

Give me liberty or give me death. Who said that?

Virginia Statesman, Patrick Henry! Here's the one that I think state's it best:

"Those who give up freedom to gain security deserve neither." Benjamin Franklin

Peace To All Who Read This...

Ok now ask yourself.

Can you balance freedom and security?

Do the scales measure up?

Could you forfeit a secure home and happy, well fed and cared for family to gain freedom?

If so? What would you do with that freedom? How would your life change?

What if most of your family died? Do you think you would be happier?

Define what Freedom means to you.

Do you think you could truly be secure if you were not free?

Do you think you could be truly Free without being secure?

Was.. Just writing your own headlnes.

You think she is an open book......
Radiio....station...

Beyond.

Is it worth dying for?

though my record might say it. Sad songs may say it. Sad songs are missing you.

Just a few Q's.

<~~~ Obnoxious most of the time.

OK,

<~~~~ TALKING TO MYSELLF.

What is this hateful, sorryful, horrid thing about? Anyway?

Try promoting reconciliation.

Try.

Talking.

Re: Re: Freedom?

There are alot of things not dying for, such as money, power but God differs from the normal meaning of worth he is bigger than that He is every thing good in this world so if ur not willing to die for Him who are u willing to die for ? in my my case the only thing iwould consdier dying for is Allah....,but u have to have a real cause not a made up one by a wanna be hero.

You know when you talk about Palestine suicide bombers, you have to see the whole situation. I heard that once a 16 year old boy blew up in the street of Isreal. Now, the boy came from Jenin. In Palestine all of the schools have been smacked down. Hospitals are gone, playgrounds are gone, their houses are gone and more over their friends and families are gone. What would you expect from a person like that?

Get yourself in that position and tell me what will you do?

This is not freedom, it is insanity that whole world is doing nothing about it. And by God we should (by we I mean all of us) be ashamed of it.

Dear Zig~Zag,

Agreed. I think is horrible. But even if I picture myself in poverty, blowing myself up, to kill someone else is the last thing I would ever do.

I would rather try to learn about them and their feelings on issues.I bet there are lots of people that would do the same, if they could.

I do think a suicide bomber is probobly at the bottom of the bucket. They lost their hope.

Time someone showed them a new way of thinking.. Both sides.

Believe it or not, this is the last choice they have.

You know there are so many killings on both sides. They don't have time or energy to think about one another and how they are suffering?

Exactly, and the world community should do something to show them some hope.

Well, people like you and me can only hope for the best.

It depends on what type of freedom u r talking about. If you're talking about freedom to run to the store and get your lolly pop then its not worth dying for but if it means your family & friends being killed and your respect taken away then is there another choice?

Impress me.

Hi,
HELLO.

can't help myself.

God willing.

A good friend said that. A real person. Someone who astounded me. Someone smart.. and caring.

Always.

Hello,

How important is loving?

What is more important than the concept of love and caring? Some people know it. Some dont. Some dream of it. Some think its a given.

easy thing...

to say.

And if for one second? I WOULD BELIEVE IN HURTING ANOTHER?

well, to me. UnThinkable.
Un Imaginable.

And I would lay down my life for that belief.

AvgOne.

Guesss What?

I WOULD RATHER PRAY FOR ALL ALL OF YOU.??? then cry for myself.

Peek. at the greater part of those who believe iin God. If you don't? Your missing out, on something importtant.

I'm sorry.
