Don’t you guys think there should be a forum in which one should have freedom of speech, like they can say any thing they want… without any restriction to any one…every one should have freedom of speech so i was just wondering maybe we can also have it on GS… 
so what do u guys think abt this new forum… i sure can be its mod 
We tried that here a long time ago I believe and it wasn't a great success. I don't think it would be difficult to find an un-moderated BB on the net though so I suggest you do a search, find one and freely say whatever you want to your heart's content :)

like i can say what i want to any one, i know it is not good idea, but one should say what he/she feels like, in cafe we have limits and we don’t cross that limit because it is not a good idea u know, but in freedom of speech if i wanna say any thing to any one i just say it and as there is going to be no mod no one will edit it, onlt those who can stand that must go there or u don’t go there… did u understand what i mean ya nahi

What you are trying to say will just make GUPSHUP into a WWF wrestling match, with members insulting each other and cussing and dissing. I can see little point in that. Members, for the most part, come here to have a good time, discuss issues, meet with friends and get information or what not. We want them to continue having a good time, instead of fighting with each other and getting upset.
If you look elsewhere, I am sure you will find unmoderated discussion boards, where you can say pretty much anything to anyone, and the others can say anything to you. If thats more your taste, maybe you should go there and try them out. We are not planning to change GUPSHUP's culture of friendliness and courtesy towards each other.

I would say that desi ppl cant use their freedom of speech in a responsible way..that statement is probably more accurate
