We are not talking about 2 or 5 people finding it offensive, just add a “billion” to the “2+” then you have a problem.

You actually hit the nail on the head. Whether is is 2+ or billion, the law applies equally. Equal protection under the law for free speech - however disgusting that speech may be - independent of # of people it offends.
