Should there be any boundaries or one should be allowed to say whatever he feels like saying or doing?
There should be no boundaries but their are certain boundaries that are must be naturally obliged by. ie property rights.
IMO the freedom of expression ends when it crosses the limit of decency/morals and respect for other's opinion/belief.

Also on a larger canvas, it ends when interests/well being of a larger group is at stake. A nudist may claim to pratice his freedom of expression when visiting diseny land, but would it be moral to let him express his freedom?
Property rights would take care of that
