A major Free trade proposal has been signed between Brazil, India and South Africa.
Why dont India and Pakistan have a free trade proposal. Pakistan should grant India MFN status.

I'd see how many Muf*FiN*s Brazil will be sending to Dilli, had Bharatis gotten a 60 years old wound (dispute) with Rio. Same goes with SA. Solve the issues get the trade. Simple and straight forward.

I'm not sure if this is you lack of knowledge coupled with an inferiority complex, or your simple ill wishes. May I suggest, next time being knowledgeable on the subject matter in which you are conversing. It would serve you well to look at a few Brizilian companies, perhaps your should start with Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S.A., better known as Embraer.
Pakistani mantras aside, Pakistanis simply don't trade with India because of a fear of the Indian markets over whelming their Pakistani counterparts. This added to the unifocal policy of countering India, even at the cost of Pakistani expansion.
Instead of Pakistan and India, maybe Pakistan should trade which countries on par with Pakistan, like Sudan.
Re: Free trade proposal between India and Pakistan
Calm down little fella! Pak-Bharat trade will be good thing for both countries. And I don't care about short term losses to Pakistani industries (or certain sectors).
Read it again, Bharat won't get Most **Flavored **Nation (MFN) status until it removes its stink from Kashmir. Kapeesh!

Indians are getting settled with the lack of trade between India and Pakistan. India is following the correct policy regionally. Lack of trade hurts Pakistan more than India, just look at how much you pay for cars compared to Indians.
Barring some lower prices on textiles, which Bangladesh is happily supplying, there is little India can gain from Pakistan.
