PCG, call up your router’s tech department and ask them to take you through the process of enabling the WEP key as well as the MAC setting. Be sure to write it down, as you’ll have to enable the two everytime you reset your router.

yup - in general brother’s laptops don’t work too well in sister’s dorms. get your own

no no I was using it at my sister’s apartment on campus and it was working really slow, like dial up slow.

my friends borrow their internet connection all the time from their neighbors and it works pretty well.
