I will share mine … Ikea … yup , if you have a family card , you can go to Ikea , get a cup and go to the tea/coffee/drinks wending machine as much as you want totally free of cost

Brit chick yes you can buddy … just get in and get a cup each for the family member .. and then you can refil it as many times as you want … Its so much fun …
Also at Howdens there’s are large wending machine and their hot chocolate and tomato soup is totally delish 
…
B&Q trade account branches had one too but recently they closed it off !

but sadly in pakistan there is not such option available so i remember in university once we had to do this marketing project and we chose restaurant/hotel industry to collect data from…Apart from Dainty’s not even a single Hotel/restaurant owner had the tameez to offer us something to eat woh bhi dil say…ooper ooper say sab pooch laitay thay…BUT Dainty Guy was really nice to us and offered us to eat whatever we wanted… free food tastes soooooo goooooooooooooood…

When i was in the boarding in Pakistan , me and buddies would go to the uni premises two hours after uni finished and would start collecting the pepsi bottles lying here and there … and then we would take the bucket to the canteen and get the 4 rupee deposit on each bottle … and then we would buy samosa chat and sit and eat and give each other a high five and go back to the hostel 
Those days in paksitan , the canteen walay would ask for 4 rupee deposit on the pepsi bottle that you could get back once you returned the bottle

There is free coffee and croissants/muffins/danishs for trade customers in the mornings.Or...there are always free tastings around the store.I can easily fill up on these :).their food is cheap too.£1.25 for a massive jacket potato with tons of topping.Their drinks are free refills too.
Know what you mean re. the family card at Ikea...haven't been for ages tho'.
Soup kitchen and homeless shelter will give out free food , anybody tried that ? :p
In Pakistan some friends used to share their adventures of having shadi ka khana in big wedding for free and without an invitation. They will just gate crash or crash the party whatever you want to call it.

I know another trick …if you stand long enough infront of the fish and chippy caravan .. and keep giving those “I wish i could have that fish” looks to the owner … they hand you a few fries freee 
… My little cousin , aged 9 told me this trick yesterday …

Yep , they get so much fun out of taking millions of napkins, hot sauce and ketchup packets from condiments stand of burger joints too.

I liked it when once in a while starbucks offered free coffee if you use your own coffee mug.Ans costco does some free sampling too.
