I understand the internet also provides free fax service worldover. Though a technical Discussion Forum I came to know that the link TPC.INT: Send a fax can be used for sending free Faxes to Pakistan but this link never works. Can any body tell is there really any free online internet Fax service to Pakistan or it is merely an attractive customer alluring sales techqniue in the name of free service.
I dont think TPC.int covers pakistan , ya can verify the coverage by visting TPC.INT: Verify Fax Coverage
I personally use VOIP for sending Faxes , if ya can find out VoIP providers offering Fax capabilities . try them , its really cheap 
much cheaper than normal , traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

Yesterday surfing the fax I got an information about http://oufaxway.com. It says about some Card which are used for faxing (through internet). Three agents have been named but all these are in Sialkot. I could not understand that was this.
{Perhaps I had not been able to explain my query. The query was “free faxes through Internet”. The advices are coming “use calling card which are cheaper”. I know about this but this is by using my own Fax machine which in fact I do not have and nor can I afford. I am aware there are certain totally free fax services for Pakistan but I do not remember which were the site. One is efax.com though they claim free but only registration is free. They charge which is very minimal but they demand credit card which nither I have nor a person like me can afford disclosing it on the interenet.
