Free borritos, chocolates, donuts for UK residents

Mini bonds is getting to be popular in the UK. Fast food places selling cookies, dorritos, chocolates etc are issuing such bonds to raise capital. Along with high yields, customers can walk away with free borritos. And if they buy longer term bonds, they get a lifetime of free food. Plus the attractive yields.

So what’s the catch. The financial disclosure is bare at best. These are not well regulated. Any of the terms could be canceled by the bond issuer anytime.

Of course, the middlemen who bring the bond issuers and lenders together state these bonds are safe.

I think it's spelled burritos?

Why are these bonds not regulated? How can anyone just start issuing bonds on streets? This should be a crime to issue un-regulated bonds.

I wrote this from memory. My post 2 doesn't say they are NOT regulated. It states they are not as well regulated as traditional bonds. No crime here. Buyer beware.

So how are folks across the pond treating you. Getting used to their funny accent yet?
