I have a load of them on my body, mostly on my arms and back. Any way of getting rid of them?

If you go to a dermatologist they can do sanding or laser treatments, which cost an arm and leg.

Staying out of the sun is the only suggestion that comes to mind.
I don’t think there is anything you can do to remove them, other than laser surgery. 
But if you have brown skin.........are they really noticable ????
why would you want to remove them?i think they are cute.
I have fairly light skin so they're pretty noticable ... laser is a bit drastic, I don't hate them that much!
I don't think it has anything to do with the sun though, as my back is almost always covered.
Ah well.
Lasers haven't been proved very successful as adjusting any pigment levels in asian skin tones so proceed with caution.
Freckles are cute and it doesn't sound like you have them on your face which is usually the area of concern. Learn to love them.
