I have this small motion detector with alarm 1500 decibel
if annything comes in its range, it gets fired up with an incredible annoying sound
place it somewhere near your car, or on your driveway
believe me
that noise will scare kids away LOL hell it will even scare grown ups away I used it once, and I stood 2 feet away from it, I almost had to vomit cuz of the hard sound 
I ll find the name 2morrow and post it here. You can try to find it at your place and if not, I can send it from herem cuz they are cheap like hell
