Thats really rude. It's not easy to find people and Many people go to matchmakers. If you have money, and can afford it, its your right to try to get the best for your daughter.

to be honest, those random Aunties who gave me ristas were always like the weird rista's for a molvie or some weird guy. Its usually better not to go to them because nobody is going to give you a better rista then what there daughter got married into.

I don't think paying for the matchmaking service assures good work or results.
Actually there is a risk that paid services just to earn money can make wrong couples married.

offcourse....i am not talking about shady people.... i am talking about legit people..... what i disagree with, is the notion that paying to a 'professional' is somehow a bad thing......

Avoid people who demand money upfront as they usually do not perform and you will not hear from them again, and only give them money when the job is done. I know a family that had the same thing happen to them through Sehar Associates or something.

I have been thinking of opening a free matchmaking service actually. Some do it for free. Contact YPN by APPNA. To go to their events you pay because they rent a hall and provide food. But you can email your details to her and she shows profiles to guys.

I try to be a matchmaker out in the real world, but I am not very good at it. I have set up people before but it has never worked out so far!

I have heard a lot about this aunty. My Khala and khalu were registered there years ago. Mrs athar did not show one single rishta to my aunty during a period of 9 months. She eventually registered elsewhere. Khalu on the other hand was shown numerous girls who had an army family background. Apparently she gives you no false hopes and tells girls indirectly that she cannot guarantee a quick rishta. It may take up to 6-7 years lol so my advice to people would be to start registering their 10-12 year olds now. This lady also clarifies that she will only send 1 or 2 rishtas within a few years. Honestly guys when someone is indirectly telling you exactly what they're like I don't understand why you still pay these aunties money? You are basically throwing your hard earned money away to these frauds.
If the ads are too good to be true then they probably are!

Parents of beautiful baby? What is that even suppose to mean? I am having a hard time believing that in today’s time, kids from such rich, elite backgrounds are settling for arranged marriages. Normally they marry someone from their social circles or families. No wonder she only guarantees to send only 2-3 rishtas once in a decade.
