There are loads of motia (baila) flowers in Karachi these days! You can get them at the signals and at the flower shop. When I come to office, I keep a bunch of them in shirt pocket!

Mujhe naam nahin maloon but traffic lights pe log bhechtay hain Islamabad main chotay chotay white colour ke flowers woh bohot ache hotay hain. Shayad motia boltay hain thinking wali smilie

^Mosty yaar yeh naam to kabhie nahin sunay. If you can help me with one plant I am trying to find in Oman for my garden its call "Niyaz bo" if not mistaken, these are puple colored flowers very tiny in size and comes out in bunches. If you rub the leaves or flowers on your hands the fragrance stays with you for longtime. Please let me know if you know the english name for it.

Jhoomer Bail is called Rangoon Creeper as well!
Its a bail which people grow on walls here in Karachi and it can go as high as three storeis!
I think I have seen these flowers.. I do not remember the name though… thanks boss for the answer…

i am looking for "Patakha" plant...when u put its fruit in water...to wo patakay ki terha burst hota hai.

That is I think Vinca rosea - Sada Bahar. But there are many such fruits on earth that have been given this mechanisim for for seedlings!
I know we used to do that with “DUMDUM” plant’s flowers (a decoration ‘bail’)… we actually used to put them in mouth instead of water :halo:
