The Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said: “The best of the women of Paradise are Khadeejah bint Khuwaylid, Faatimah bint Muhammad, Aasiyah bint Mazaahim the wife of Pharaoh, and Maryam bint ‘Imraan – may Allaah be pleased with them.”
The fact that Maryam, Asiyah, Khadijah and Faatimah (radhiAllahu
anhunna) are described to be the best women who ever lived behoves our sisters to strive to be like them. In any situation of your life when you are confused, ask yourself - ‘How would Khadijah react to this? What would Faatimah do now? What made Asiyah so connected to Allah and how can I have true tawakkal like her? What motivated Maryam to be so chaste & dedicated to Allah and how can I be the same?’
After the example of the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam), these four women are excellent guides and role models. Read their life, their struggle and their lessons. Our Ummah is looking upon you with great expectations!
