we have to fill out an application form at Gupshup
there are a total of 4 written exams - all multiple choice questions
3 hour time time limit - negative marking
we have to score at least 95% to qualify
its tough

I qualified at being a MOD of cafe
I had actually put Life1 and IMG3 as my first and second choice 
But these 2 forums need 98% scores to qualify
So I was give the leadership of cafe
