Yesterday night, it started thundering and lightening really bad. I couldn’t sleep for 2 hours because it was thundering so loud. Then the weather channel said it’ll clear by 11. I went to work and then I had to go pray Jumma. Instead of clearing at 11, it started pouring down. Streets were flooded. Water was all over the place in downtown and half the tires were in water. I thought only my street was flooded, so I ran to the next street where my car was parked in the garage. That street was flooded even more :smack: I ran BACK to my office in the rain. My jeans were wet and my new tennis shoes were full of water :teary1: Then I went to our gym and changed into my work-out clothes. The girl there lend me her blow drier and I blow-dried my jeans, socks, and tennis shoes. Of course I couldn’t pray Jumma :bummer:

which reminds me, i totally forgot that is was Jumma for some unknown reason all this week felt like a weekend :smack:
i rang my husbnd n he didnt pick up, assumin hes aslp i sent him sms sayin its ok stay aslp i call u tomorrow
like 15mins later i got a call frm him sayin i hope u realise i was readin Jumma:blush:ooops wen i was ringin it was like 2pm in pk

Aur paindooo, woh larki gym attendant thee :smack: It’s not like I asked a random girl for her blow dryer :smack:

Chachoo my co-worker John gave me the idea to go to the gym, change into shorts and t-shirt and dry my clothes, suchi :halo: and coincidently the girl there is the same age as me and we get along pretty well :whistling that’s why she offered her blow dryer HERSELF :blush:
