Dhood wali Paalak: [thumb=H]Picture(32)946_9994084.JPG[/thumb] There are supposed to be potatoes in it lekin I over cooked it. I don’t think anyone noticed the poor mashed things.
Its not that I dont like Bhindi, In fact I love Crispy Fried Bhindi with Daal Chawal, its only the Bhindi with Gravy that I hate, reminds me of Malukhia (sp) an egyptian dish of Bhindi that still haunts me.
Aap crispy fry karen aur phir dekhen Fry pan aap ko dhoona bhi nahin padega.
Wow Sabah you sure it was four hours That’s a lot of work. “Dhood wali Palak” sounds tasty but I have never had it. I mean we put milk in Palak when we’re cooking the Palak alone to mix it with Lamb+Masala (Palak Gosht) I’ll make it just to see how it tastes. Looks pretty good

Mahnoor, thats enough time I don't let anyone else enter the kitchen, I don't talk while cooking and no running water, phir I can cook anything in no time :o I can speed up if fridge is clean as well :D
Saadia, spicy murgh pulao kon sa hota hai?
I can do aata, gives you better shaped arms :p Oye and hows life and all?
Dev, here you go:
Palak finely chopped boiled in water and a cup of crème till its done.
Fry finally chopped onion, garlic and ginger in some oil till they get transparent. Then add chopped tomatoes and slit green chilies. Fry till masala is done. Add, salt, red chili powder, dhania and zeera powder. BaRi ilaichi, loung and woh stick jo pulao meiN daalte haiN, plus some jaifal. Fry it all till oil separates. Add this to the boiled spinach, add one glass of water and one glass of milk, bring it to boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer. Remove from heat in approx 30 min or when you get the desired consistency.
Dang Girl!!! that is A WHOLE LOTTA work!!! I cannot even slave in the kitchen for an hour. Four hours would definitely turn me into a vegetable! Have to admire your patience!!
Pic tou filhaal nahin hain, Inshallah will post it when I can, but the recipe is quite simple, wash the bhindi, then cut the stem and point and slice the bhindi length wise, add salt to taste, red chilli powder and some garam masala, let it sit for a 1/2 to 1 hour, and then deep fry till crispy.
As far as the Daal Chawal Fried Bhindi combo goes, it is very yummy, its just like having fried fish or fried chicken or even fried aloo masala as a side dish.
Rahi taste main wierdness ki baat, Bachelor life in the Middle East in the mid 80’s has to be blamed for that, yakin maaniya jo combos hum ne wahan par khaye hain, aap imagine bhi nahin kar sakte.
