it is people like him who cannot chooose the lesser of evils that end up going crazy. he obviously followed his ideas of what islam is so literally that he thought this was some sort of honor killing. he didn't believe in divorce, etc and used islam as a way to form his identitiy. andby islam i dont mean that acutal beautiful faith that it is but the twisted way that his doctrine told him it should be. HAD HE contextualized his religion and understood it he would know divorce would be a fine option instead of chopping ones wifes head off.
