Its a lot of effects...photoshop and airbrush as well.
From what I know though Kryolan seems pretty popular among Pakistani MUAs

Kryolan Tv Paint stick or Aqua colors are good for full coverage, other full coverage foundations may include MAC studio fix fluid,Estee Lauder double wear or Revlon color stay
