Re: Foundation
for dark circles, use a concealer with a yellow tint and then go over it with foundation or concealer that matches your skin tone (or is a shade lighter for the eye area)

Salaams peeps!
I dont know if you have heard of the brand “Sacha cosmetics” neways I ordered a sample from them and I can tell you that I was very impressed. I had a lot of peeps telling me that my skin looked really good and that it didn’t look as though I was wearing any foundtaion.
the sample costs £1.95 and you get 3 shades in this price.
It is yellow based and specially developed for Asian skin and it covers marks, and the good thing is that you don’t have to use much to achieve good results.

FOUNDATION!
I REALLY need to find a good foundation, pronto! I have tried everything from estee lauder to mac to maybelline to loreal to clinique to tinted moisturizers. I don't have the problem finding a shade so much but it comes out looking weirdly greyish on my skin in pics! Does anyone know a good foundation that blends in well?
Re: FOUNDATION!
i use mac and its reallyyy good...but since it didnt suit u y dont u try faces they are pretty good too..
Re: FOUNDATION!
sanam would be a good person to answer
Re: FOUNDATION!
I've liked my Prescriptives foundation best.
Re: FOUNDATION!
The foundation i've been using by Clinique;skin smoother, thats been discontinued too :o
Re: FOUNDATION!
MAC works really well for me. What type of foundation do you typically use? Liquid, powder, cream/mousse? Try to visit Sephora, they try all sorts of stuff on you and can even blend shades to make a fit for you per your skin tone.
Re: FOUNDATION!
use mac's compact foundation it blends well with the skin
Re: FOUNDATION!
i once tried shisedo and never found anyother foundation good like this one its gives ur skin a glow and not that whitish look

Re: FOUNDATION!

I have dry skin so the MAC people suggested studio fix liquid. The only time it looks even and good is when I use a liquid bronzer to even it out. If I was to wear it alone, even with a shimmery powder like Bare Ascentuals or something, it comes out looking greyish and light and weird. I SWEAR by Sephora. I used their smashbox cream foundation but even that didn't help so much =(
Re: FOUNDATION!
I am looking for something light to just cover up the uneven skintone as I am going to Miami to see my inlaws. I will be lounging around with them all day so I just want simple, basic makeup tips to look presentable.
Re: FOUNDATION!
maybe you need a colour corrector/neutraliser? its jus a thought...

cover the darkspots like undereye bags wid concealer then put on sone transparent or foundation creams which make ur skin glow (btw in Pakistn we have these tv sticks though u need to learn to use em the results r pretty good) if ur skin is oily patt on sum face/compact powder and then start ur eyemakeup keep it lite a lil blush on to make u look fresh and a cute lipstick shade dun make ur makeup look mature
Re: FOUNDATION!
revlon skinlights was really gud but its been discontinued...it gave skin an airbrush effect (made it flawless) and a natural glow...it didn't seem like ur wearing makeup at all but the coverage was still there..now i'm looking for a similar product but there's like so much stuff ...i really dunno wear to start from
Re: FOUNDATION!
I don't wear foundation, it makes me look weird. But I wear shimmery stuff on my eyes sometimes:AID: And I LOVE glitter. Haha its so cute
Re: FOUNDATION!
LANCOME is the best.. and try Laura mecier too..
Re: FOUNDATION!
laura mercier dries out really fast... i always had to pat it with a wet paper towel to make it blend in well.. i dont recomment it.. i think its for older skin... 40's or something... just doesnt feel right... for parties.. i use sephora brand... its only $20 .. which is cheap compared to other brands.. but i really like it.. blends so well.. and there colors match skin ver well also... i recommend it...
anddddddd if u get lucky and find it on sale.. u can get it very cheap.. my friend got it for $6 once..
