Sara, yes I saw your makeup in the jrnl. You should share what brand/colors eyeshadows you used. It looks lovely and looks similiar to my maybelline cream eyeshadows( the glittery ones that come in a quad).

Ok in the last few pix, the second or third entry, i used maybelline waterproof eyeliner.. then i used this mac eyeshadow, it’s electric blue and depending on how much you put on and blend you can get that dusty sky blue or a shocking teal 
on top of that i used this covergirl trio of eyeshadows, these purplish pink colors.. they look matte but if u put them on they’re kinda shimmery/sparkly.. then i used the new loreal mascara, the one with aish in teh commercial 
gosh i sound like such an airhead !!

lancome foundations are the best. try that and if you really want to go fancy chanel is another good brand...but comes with a lil hefty price.

so THATS what u were wearing on friday??? dayumm gurl! i wanted to ask you if those HUGE lashes were real or not…i mean i KNEW u had on mascara but your lashes still looked amazing!..i have that mascara too and i havent used it yet…i’ll keep it for special occasions where i can get away with huge lashes like that…

go to a prescriptives counter and they will tell you the undertones of your skin and according to that will show u which lipstick, eyeshadow colors will look natural on you and which will pop on your face....e.g. my undertones are yellow/orange.... i should wear yellow/orange undertone foundation and use lipsticks with that undertone to look natural OR use a lipstick with red/blue undertone to brighten up....ask for a sheer or medium coverage foundation sample from the lady and try it at home first.....

Uhmmm i think i used a combo of that one and this max factor mascara... im addicted to mascara now, face feels naked without it :p

My mum just told me the other day to use makeup from dept. stores rather than from the chemists…she says that it’s better for u to invest a few more dollars into ur makeup, it will help ur skin in the long run…i’ve tried several brands…i’m gonna listen to my mum and go back to using Clinique…in the past i stopped cos i thought all makeups were the same in the end, and i was trying to save money…so i’ve used Revlon, Covergirl, Neutrogena and maybe some others too…i always have a problem matching my powder shade to my foundation shade with those brands…for ex) the last one i was using was Revlon…i use the powder in light. But they don’t have too many shades so the ones i thought looked fine in the shop, ended up being too dark…so i had to get ivory, and sometimes it looked fine…but i use to think, if i’m using their lightest shade (ivory) wth do white girls use! Perhaps they wanna look dark so they get beige or something, who knows! But anyway, i’m going this week to get Clinique makeup…never had any problems with it in the past…Estee Lauder is good too.
